Give Thanks.

Hello girls! I have another card to show you. I created this card for the new challenge “Be Thankful”- theme at The Pink Elephant and the Moxie Fab Tuesday trigger. It is all about Thanksgiving and fabulous colors such as brown, moss green, orange, and a sweet sentiment that says “Thank you”.

Here is my card:

The pumpkin was colored with prismacolor pencils and OMS. The sentiment is computer generated to fit the tiny tag die cut. This cute tag die is from the cuttlebug, I bought it a couple weeks ago and finally had the chance to use it for this card. To recreate the Thanksgiving Pumpkin Luminarias like the inspiration from the Moxie Fab, I used different shades of orange to color the image.

To finish off my card, I used my EK success punch and added some glitter to the pumpkin’s stars to make them sparkle a little bit. I attached the little tag with twine. I had so much fun making this card, I hope you like it!

I have to go and get some rest.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and have a great day!

Happy Harvest!

Hello girls! I hope you are having a wonderful Friday. I just popped to show the autumn tag I made this morning. I had this idea in the back of my head and finally I was able to make it. My children were very sick this week that's why I couldn't post anything earlier. Here is my tag, I hope you like it!

The pumpkin image was colored with prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol. I used Basic Gray patterned paper ~ mellow collection. To add a little bit of interest to the top of the tag, I used my Martha Stewart punch.

I love the little tag with the “Happy Harvest” sentiment ~ don’t you love it too..? I hope my project will inspire you to create an autumn theme project. I love the richness of autumn colors and mainly this is the inspiration for this project.

Sorry for the short post! But I need to go and get my baby from school. Before I leave, I want to thank you for all your comments. Please keep writing them, so I can visit your blogs through your links. Thanks for stopping by!
