Davey's Teddy ~ By Lori Designs

Hello peeps! It’s me again… Silvia. Hope you are having a beautiful day today. I am very happy to be able to share another sweet card I just finished yesterday. I have fallen in love with the new images By Lori Designs  that I couldn’t resist creating another card this week… so here it is!!!

Today’s card uses the super sweet image called Davey’s Teddy from the Puddle Jumper collection By Lori Designs. It is funny that whenever I finish a card, my little boy will say that the image from the card is him. He is so funny… and a sweet gentle boy. Anyway, I colored the image with a combination of colored pencils and copics.

I love the embossing on this card…can you see it? That’s a cuttlebug embossing folder…love the texture that adds to the card. I also used ribbon, button, border punch, pearls and of course glitter….can’t live without it!

Okay my blogging friends that’s all I have for now. Thank so much for you all your sweet and encouraging comments, they really mean a lot to me!

Have a wonderful day!

Hello...Beautiful!

Hello everyone! It is Monday again and I am so excited about it because I get to share my new creation with all of you. I made this card for our new challenge over at The Pink Elephant blog. This week, we have a recipe challenge and it consists on using ribbon, lace, and buttons on your card. These are my favorite embellishments and I was so happy to be able to use them on my card.

If you are wondering where that beautiful image came from, well it is from our wonderful sponsor Anita Be Stampin. This is Nellie…isn’t she beautiful? I used a soft shade of pink to color her dress because I wanted to give her a soft look.  I used a darker shade and didn’t like how it looked, so I ended up coloring her again… but it was worth it! I colored the image with copics and colored pencils.

I created my own sentiment because I didn’t have anything to go with the image.  I also sprinkled a little bit of glitter on the dress’ lace after I colored it with my marker.

I will be sharing this card at The Shabby Tea Room.

Thanks for stopping by!

Dear Sweetheart

Happy Saturday everyone! Hope you are having a fabulous day.  I have a little Valentine’s card to share with all of you today. Hope you like it!

I had so much fun coloring this sweet image. Her name is Ainsley and it is one of the new images being released By Lori Designs. When I saw it the other day on Lori’s digi shop, I knew I had to have her.  If you would like to purchase it, just click… here! I colored the image with my prismacolor pencils and copics.

I also used my Fiskars border punch, vintage ribbon, button, paper doily, white pearls. The sentiment and the little heart are part of the digi stamp set... I just love it!

Okay girls, that’s all for now!
Thank you so much for your sweet comments, I really love to hear from you!!!!

Thanks for dropping by!

"Be My Valentine"

Hello peeps! Just popping in quickly to share a cute card I made for the current challenge over at The Pink Elephant blog. Today’s card is based on a theme challenge~ Be My Valentine! So, here is what I made for this week.

I finally inked up my Love Bug stamp from Stamping Bella. This time, I used my Memento ink pad to stamp the image….didn’t have to print out anything…hooray! It has been a while since I did this because most of the time I work with digi stamps… which I love to work with too! I colored the image with prismacolor pencils and copics.

To finish off my card I added a button, glitter, doily, and twine. I also used my EK success border punch and spellbinder circles.

I am also entering my card in the following challenges ~ Shabby Tea Room , Tiddly Inks, and 7 Kids College Fund.
Thank you so much for stopping by, and don’t forget to stop by The Pink Elephant blog to see what the rest of the DT has created for this challenge.

Hugs,
