Love bubbles!!!

Good morning everyone! Hope you are having a great day. It is time to show you my new card and to introduce the new digital stamps from Dulces Ideas Diseños.  It is called Bebe Elefante- Baby Elephant.

Oh, how I love to make baby’s cards. I think that is because I love pastels colors, they are so soft and delicate.  So, it was easy to select papers for this project and not to mention the embellishments.  As you can see, I used tons of glitter and several pearls on it.

Here are more pics from different angles so you can see some of the little details on my card.

As usual, I colored the image with my colored pencils and gamsol.  I added some stitches and liquid appliqué to create the bubbles.

I love the little paper doily! You can find these at Michael’s.  I have been saving them for a while and finally decided to use them on this card.

Please stop by Dulces Ideas Diseños blog to see what the rest of the DT has created using this adorable image.

Thanks for stopping by and for all your sweet comments.  Have a wonderful day!!!

Hugs and Kisses!!!

Hi! It’s me again, Silvia! As I promised on Friday, here is the card I was telling you about it that day. I made this one for this week challenge over at The Pink Elephant blog. This week, we have such a fun challenge for you ~ it is a recipe challenge!!!  So, here is what you need to incorporate on your card: color aqua, designer paper, and embellishment of your choice.  Here is my card!

Today’s card uses one of the images from this week sponsor Heather Ellis, it is called Pure Innocence. Is it the sweetest image ever? I just love it! As usual, I colored the image with my colored pencils. DP are from October Afternoon. I find myself using these papers a lot; I guess I just love them so much! Chances are you might see them again on another project… hee, hee!!

This little image represent love, kindness, the human desire to love and  be loved... it also reminds me my children. They always make sure I have my daily dose of love, hugs, and kisses ~ that’s why I picked that sentiment.
Now is time to visit The Pink Elephant blog to check out what the rest of the DT has created for this week challenge.

Okay girls I have to go now! Thank you so much for visiting again and for all the lovely comments you left on my blog.  I truly appreciate your support and encouragement. You are my biggest inspiration of all!!!!!

Have a lovely day!

Welcome, little one!!

Yeah, it is Friday!!! Hope you are having a wonderful day. I am super excited to share this new project with all of you today. This sweet and cute card is my first project as one of the new designers for Dulces Ideas diseños.   Paloma Gomez, the store’s owner, invited me to be part of her new design team a couple of weeks ago. I immediately said yes ~ since I really adore her images!  So, I would like to express my gratitude to her for such an amazing opportunity.  Thanks Paloma!

So, now onto the card! My card uses the super adorable digital image "Bebe Jirafa" ~ “Baby giraffe”. You can find it here! The image was colored with my prismacolor pencils. For those of you that want to know, the papers are from October Afternoon.

Here are more views to see a few details on the card ~ enjoy!

If you are planning on making a baby’s card, this image will be the perfect fit for that! Please be sure to stop by Paloma’s store to see all her amazing digital stamps. I have another project to share but that will be until Monday.  So, stay tuned!

Thanks for looking!  Have a lovely day!!

Back-to-School

Good morning peeps! I am so glad you are here today because I have a fun project for you! Here is a pocket card I made for our “Back to School” theme challenge over at The Pink Elephant Blog.

Today’s project uses some of the images from the All About School digital stamp set by The Cutting Café. This set is so versatile, and I love the fact that I was able to use different images from the same set on the same project. I’m talking about the teacher’s message card, the apple image, and the sentiment.

Regina, the owner, has an awesome tutorial on how to print and resize the images according to the project’s needs. Here is the direct link.  It is fantastic; you should give it a try! Anyway, the patterned papers are from New Apron and Story Hour collections by October Afternoon.

I used some of my favorite embellishments on my card such as the lace, pearls, and glitter.  As usual, the images were colored with my prismacolor pencils.

I love Our Creative Corner blog and have followed it for some time now but didn't have a chance to play before. So, this week I have decided to have a little bit of fun by joining in the new challenge.

Okay girls, that’s all for me today! Please be sure to stop by The Pink Elephant blog to see all the amazing cards the rest of the DT has created using this awesome images.

Have a splendid day!!!
